• What forms of payment does AMNTV accept?
• We accept Visa and MasterCard. For other methods of payment, please contact our customer service people.

• What is the minimum required Internet speed?
• Download speed should be 1.5Mbps or higher.

• Is there any bandwidth usage protection provided?
• Yes. If no remote control activity is detected for four hours (that is, if you don't press any button on your remote), the set-top box will automatically stop. Just press any button to reactivate. For your benefit, we recommend that you unplug you set-top box from electrical power when you are not watching AMNTV programming.

• Is there a Wi-Fi connectivity option for the set-top box?
• Yes. We provide instructions for connection the set-top box using Wi-Fi. However, we do not provide technical support for Wi-Fi connectivity. We recommend Wi-Fi connectivity only for advanced users with experience setting up and configuring a wireless network. In addition, Internet speed must be higher (3Mbps-3.5Mbps) for proper performance of the receiver. Also note that while WEP encryption is possible, we do not offer WPA encryption support at this time.

• Can the receiver be used outside of my home?
• You can use it wherever you can access cable or DSL high-speed Internet. Your subscription is not limited to any one location. You can use it at your friends' homes, your office–even hotels.

• How can I measure my Internet speed?

• Do you offer video-on-demand?
• Yes. Our on-demand offerings include movies, many popular TV shows, etc. We also offer pay-per-view VOD.

• Will you add more channels to my package?
• We are constantly upgrading to our packages to server our viewers better. Updates are posted on out web site.

• I'm not a technical person. Can an AMNTV representative install your service at my home?
• No, but you can contact a third-party service to handle installation. In most cases, our customer support representatives can easily guide you through the installation process step by step. And that's done at no charge.

Alternative media exists to present a different perspective than that promulgated by the mainstream media, by offering opportunities for dissenting points of view and ideas seldom presented by the established media outlets.
